Jeffery | Class of 2020
Last month I drove out to Decatur, Illinois for a special session. One of my best friends from high school asked if I could come out and take senior photos for her little brother, Jeffery. I was so excited to hang out with them and document this special milestone in Jeffery's life.
Jeffery attends Douglas MacArthur High School in Decatur, Illinois. Jeffery and his family relocated to Illinois during his freshman year. Jeffery is a sweet kid and you can tell he is going to do some great things in life. I keep telling his family we'll see him in the NFL some day soon. Jeffery and his family have a lot to be proud of. On the field Jeffery has been recognized for his skills and determination to do his best. Some of his accomplishments include: First Team All State Football, 3 Time CS8 All Conference football, Real Men Wear Pink Underclassman of the Year Finalist, Midwest Tech Student Athlete of the Month, ESPN Decatur Athlete of the Year, and Rotary Club of Decatur Illinois Student Athlete of the Month. Not only is Jeffery a star athlete at his school, he also excels in the classroom. He has been student of the week, received the outstanding student in business award and Vector Aware for Superior Students in Physics, is a member of the National Honor Society and is on Honor Roll. Jeffery is also an active member in the community along side his fellow teammates.
Jeffery has applied to Illinois State, Southern Illinois, and Northern Illinois. He has been accepted to Illinois State so far. He is excited about going to college and to meet new people. I'm sure Jeffery will go far and do amazing things after high school! And seriously - everyone be on the look out for this kid in the NFL!
