The Ohrt Family
I really love when families come back to me each year for photos. I first met the Ohrt family two years ago when they came to me for Caden's newborn session. I get to see them every year in August for a family portrait session and celebrating Caden's birthday. It was so nice to see Caden this year again and how much he has grown since last year! And he definitely has way more hair than he did last year too!
We decided to check out a "new" location this year. It was new to this family but I actually had shot here 4 years ago when I decided to drag my hubby out for some self portraits while I was pregnant!
We had a blast exploring the different areas of this awesome park, which is located in Avon. We did some photos in the field and I totally had them climb into a grassy bush and venture into the woods. Worth it, right?
How cute are they?! I was totally loving their color scheme for outfits. The poppy colors were fun and worked well in the different settings. Also check out the two new gorgeous quilts I have for family sessions! I'm always on the hunt for some amazing vintage quilts and was so excited to find the vintage crochet lace quilt and the quilt topper at a local antique shop.
Little Caden was so fun, smiley and sweet. I enjoyed meeting up with this family again for their annual photos and just catching up on all the things they've done since our last session. Caden certainly enjoyed himself at the session because when it came time to leave, he didn't want me to go! I can't wait to see them again next year and continue to watch this family grow.
